What you may and may not do when using FASHIONDEALS, including automated access, scraping, security testing and try-on uploads.

Purpose

This policy supports the Terms of Use and keeps the service safe, lawful and fast for everyone.

You must not

  • Break the law or help anyone else to.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or copy the service or its data at scale, or use it to build a competing price-comparison dataset, except as our robots.txt expressly permits.
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools that load the service heavily, or try to bypass rate limits, bot protection or consent choices.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission (see our responsible-disclosure contact in security.txt).
  • Upload malware, or anything that disrupts, damages or gains unauthorised access to the service, accounts or data.
  • Misuse affiliate links, create fake clicks or sales, or tamper with price data.
  • Upload photos of people without their permission, photos of children, or unlawful or sexually explicit images to try-on.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the service to harass anyone.
  • Use AI features to produce misleading content about a product, store or person.

APIs and data requests

Fair use limits

We may rate-limit or block traffic that looks abusive, and we apply daily fair-use caps to costly features such as photo-real try-on.

Enforcement

If we think you have broken this policy we may remove content, restrict features, suspend your account or block access, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where possible we will tell you why.
