About these terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FASHIONDEALS website, apps, search, AI copilot, virtual try-on, store leaderboard, newsletter and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by [[Company legal name]], [[Registered address]], registered under number [[Company registration number]] ([[Jurisdiction]]) (“FASHIONDEALS”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Some features have their own notices, which form part of these Terms for that feature: the Virtual try-on and photo policy, the AI copilot notice, the Community and review guidelines, the Acceptable use policy and the Newsletter and marketing consent.
What FASHIONDEALS is, and is not
FASHIONDEALS is a worldwide, luxury-first fashion price-comparison and deals service. We collect product information and prices that independent stores publish, match the same item across stores, rank the offers, and send you to the store you choose.
- We do not sell the products. When you buy, you buy from the store, under the store’s own terms, price, delivery, duties and returns policy. The store is the seller and your contract is with it.
- We are not the brands. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners. Showing a brand does not mean the brand endorses or is affiliated with us (see the IP and trademark notice).
- We are not a financial, legal or authentication service. We do not authenticate goods and we do not guarantee that a store is trustworthy; store scores are informational (see Store score methodology).
Your account
You can use most of the Service without an account. An account lets you save items, lists, price alerts, a fit profile and try-on results. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and at least 16 years old (see Children’s privacy). You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by contacting us.
Prices, availability and information
Prices, stock, sizes, shipping, duties and promotions are set by the stores and change frequently, sometimes within minutes. We refresh our catalogue regularly and check live offers for the products you look at, but we cannot guarantee that anything shown is current or error-free. The store’s own page is always the final word on price and availability. Read our Price and availability disclaimer for details, including currency conversion, “was” prices and price history.
Links to stores and affiliate links
Most “Buy” and “Go to store” buttons lead to third-party websites that we do not control. Their terms, privacy practices and security are their own. Some links are affiliate links, which means a store or network may pay us a commission if you buy; this costs you nothing extra and does not change how offers are ranked (see the Affiliate and advertising disclosure).
AI features, virtual try-on and store scores
The Service includes features that produce estimates rather than facts: the AI copilot interprets your search and summarises information from our catalogue and pages; the virtual try-on and size suggestions are illustrations; store reputation scores are an editorial summary of public information. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for decisions that matter without checking with the store. Each feature’s notice explains its limits.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable use policy. In particular you will not scrape or copy the Service at scale beyond what our robots.txt permits, probe or overload it, attempt to bypass security, upload content you have no right to use, or upload photos of other people without their permission.
Intellectual property
The FASHIONDEALS name, logo, design, software, rankings, scores and original text are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to it. You may not copy, resell or build a competing dataset from it without our written permission. Product images, descriptions and brand marks belong to the stores and brands that publish them and are shown only to help you compare. To report content, see Copyright and takedown.
Content you provide
If you submit content (for example a review, a report of a wrong price, a message, or a photo for try-on), you keep your rights in it and grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it as needed to run the Service and, for reviews and reports, to show and moderate them. You promise you have the right to submit it and that it follows our Community guidelines. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy explain how we handle personal data, including optional personalisation that is stored on your device only if you allow it.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature, and may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in a reasonable way (for example a notice on the site). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the products, services, delivery, duties, returns, refunds or conduct of any store, or for any loss arising from a purchase you make with a store.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FASHIONDEALS and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to [[liability cap, e.g. EUR 100]]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the law, or if needed to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
Governing law and disputes
