What belongs to FASHIONDEALS
The FASHIONDEALS name, the fitting-ring logo, the visual design, source code, rankings, scores, deal badges and our original text and data compilations are owned by [[Company legal name]] or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, database and other laws. All rights are reserved. You may share links to the Service, but you may not copy, scrape at scale, resell or build a competing dataset from it without written permission.
Brand names and logos
Brand, designer and store names and logos shown on FASHIONDEALS (for example Gucci, Prada, Moncler, Nike or store logos in the leaderboard) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products and stores being compared (nominative, descriptive use). FASHIONDEALS is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand or store unless we say so expressly on the page, and no brand or store has approved the content here.
Product images, descriptions and prices
Product photographs, names, descriptions and prices come from the stores’ public product feeds and pages. They remain the property of the stores, brands or photographers. We display them, with a link to the store, so shoppers can compare offers. We do not claim ownership and do not alter product photographs other than resizing or cropping for display.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (such as reviews or photos). You grant us the licence described in the Terms of Use. Try-on images generated for you are for your personal use; do not use them to mislead others or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.
Open-source and third-party software
The Service uses open-source libraries and models under their own licences, and services from providers such as Cloudflare and FASHN. Their names and marks belong to them.
Reporting a trademark concern
If you are a brand owner and believe our use of your mark or image goes beyond fair, descriptive use or is inaccurate, tell us: identify the mark (with registration number), the page address (URL), your connection to the owner and what you would like changed. Permitted use of our name
