Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to compare prices and shop with confidence, whatever device, ability or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA, and we consider the requirements of the European Accessibility Act, the UK Equality Act 2010, the US ADA and the UAE and Indian accessibility frameworks where they apply.
Current status
This is a self-assessment; we have not yet had an independent audit [[audit date, if any]]. Today the company, legal, help and status pages use semantic landmarks and headings, a “skip to content” link, visible keyboard focus, descriptive labels and alternative text, sufficient colour contrast in light and dark themes, resizable text and reduced-motion support. Search, filters, menus, dialogs and the size guide are keyboard operable and announce their state to screen readers; search can be used with voice.
Known limitations
- Some product images from stores lack detailed alternative text because the stores do not provide it; we describe them with the brand, product name and colour.
- The virtual try-on relies on a camera or photo and visual output; we are working on clearer text alternatives and guidance.
- Some store pages we link to may not be accessible; we cannot control them.
- Certain animated graphics on the homepage respect reduced-motion settings, but may still be distracting; use the reduce-motion option in your system settings.
- PDF versions of our legal documents are tagged for structure but may be less accessible than the web pages; the web version is always available.
Ways to use the site
- Press / to open search from any page; use arrow keys and Enter to choose a suggestion; Esc closes it.
- Use the Settings panel for theme, size system and density.
- Switch to the dark or light theme for better contrast.
Tell us about a barrier

We aim to respond within [[response time, e.g. 5 working days]] and to fix issues in a reasonable time or offer an alternative way to get the information.
