Draft for legal review. This document was written by the FASHIONDEALS team to describe how the service actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by external counsel and is not legal advice. We recommend that a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review it, and that the items in [[brackets]] (company details and points marked [[Confirm with FASHN]]) are completed before launch.

Who the service is for

FASHIONDEALS is intended for adults and for young people aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or the higher age set by local law, for example 18 for some features where required).

Kids’ fashion on the site

We show children’s clothing and shoes so that parents and guardians can compare prices. This content is for adults buying for children. You should not use try-on with a photo of a child; the photo-real render is for people aged 18 or over (see the Virtual try-on and photo policy).

What we do if a child’s data reaches us

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without valid parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe this has happened can contact [[Contact email]] (or [[DPO email]]) and we will act on the request.

US COPPA

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 within the meaning of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not run behavioural advertising and we do not allow the personalisation profile to be created for visitors who tell us they are under 16.
