The short version
Prices, stock, sizes, shipping and taxes belong to the stores and change often. We do our best to be accurate, but the price on the store’s page at checkout is the price you pay. We do not sell the goods.
Where prices come from
We read product information from each store’s public product feeds and pages, match the same item across stores (by GTIN/SKU or style code where available, otherwise by strict brand, model, colour and image checks), and only publish items offered by at least two stores. Our catalogue is refreshed on a regular schedule (currently about twice a day), and for the products you open we also fetch live offers from the stores, cached for a few minutes. We show when prices were last refreshed.
Why a price may differ from what you see at the store
- The store changed the price or sold out after our last check.
- Shipping, taxes, duties, customs fees and promotions vary by country, basket and sign-in status; some are only known at checkout.
- Size- or colour-specific prices or availability may differ from the headline offer.
- A match between stores may occasionally be wrong; tell us with “Report a wrong price”.
Currency conversion
Where a store sells in your currency we show its own price. Otherwise we show the store’s price with a converted estimate using published ECB reference rates. Converted amounts are estimates; your bank or card issuer will apply its own rate and fees.
“Was” prices, savings and history
A “was” or “compare-at” price is the one the store shows; we display it and a percentage saving but do not verify the store’s reference price. Savings that compare stores use the average of other in-stock stores for the same item. Price drop and Lowest in 30 days labels appear only where our own recorded price history supports them; where we do not have history we say nothing rather than guess.
Shipping, duties and returns
Shipping, duties and returns are set by each store. The leaderboard summarises each store’s published policy with a link to the source and the date we checked, but it can change; always confirm on the store’s page before buying. If a store ships with duties and taxes included (DDP) or leaves them to you (DAP) is shown where we know it.
Demo items
Items marked “Demo” show illustrative prices while real feeds are connected; they are not live offers.
Found a mistake?
Use Report a wrong price or write to [[Contact email]]. We investigate and correct or remove the listing.
