What to include

  • Your name and the email address linked to your account or subscription.

  • Page addresses (URLs) and any reference numbers.
  • Enough detail to verify your identity; we may ask for more and will not ask for more than needed.

What to expect

We acknowledge requests quickly and respond within the legal deadline: usually one month for GDPR/UK GDPR requests (extendable for complex cases), 45 days for CCPA/CPRA, and the periods set by the UAE PDPL and India’s DPDP Act. There is normally no charge.

Complaints and regulators

If you are unhappy with our reply you can complain to your data protection authority: for example your national authority in the EU, the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, the California Privacy Protection Agency/Attorney General, the UAE Data Office, or the Data Protection Board of India.

Languages

We can respond in English and, where practical, in Arabic, Hindi or other languages; the English text of our policies is the authoritative version.
